Is there anybody out there?

Things have been quiet lately since my release of Lapdancing 05.  Not only has this blog site been quiet and without comments, but even private emails and comments on Literotica have dwindled to nothing.

There is usually a quiet period following a release of a story once everybody who is interested in it has read it.  Lapdancing 05 has had over 20,400 views and is sitting at a steady rating of 4.77 (135 people out of those 20,000+ voted).

Just wondering if people have dwindled away or are still checking the site.  The anticipation of a new release obviously had many people checking the site almost daily, but now that things have quieted down and a new Lapdancing not expected until a couple more stories are published, I'm just wondering if people are still checking the site...

It's quiet...too quiet!  :)

    1. Hehehe, thanks. At its peak, the site was getting 350+ views a day...and lately it's only been around 20...so not sure if people are, like you, waiting for a more popular story or if it's not Lapdancing, nobody's interested. If that's the case, could definitely be coerced into switching gears, but I have had a LOT of Skyrim inquiries, so that's why I focused on it next.

    1. I've been hopping around on stories right now...nothing's quite fitting in with my mood to focus on. Skyrim as I've written earlier has been a pain due to the game itself. Although I have Chapters 3 and 4 done and some pictures, I've found having the game up and running helps when I need to go back and set up a particular scene...and with the game non-functional and a lot of work right now to get in order, it's been causing me to drag my feet on it...

  3. Hi Doc;
    I certainly check to see how things are going with you and your stories, but I'm afraid I'm much like Chaz...
    Annie and Lapdancing are my favorite stories, and I'm looking forward to your new ideas for stories as well, but Skyrim just doesn't do much for me...
    Obviously, I can certainly appreciate that others are big fans, and I know they are excited about the effort you put into that story, but for me, I'm just laying low until something else comes along that tickles my fancy, so-to-speak...

    Just write what you want to write, and all will be right with the world... :-) But no worries, I'm still out here - I'm a fan!!
    Thanks,
    Barry

    1. Thanks, appreciate the comments, at least I know some people are still around, LOL!

      Honestly as I've mentioned my desire to work on the Skyrim story has been impeded by the game itself. Just the sheer thought of having to devote hours upon hours to get the game back up and running to where I would consider it "story worthy" causes me pause.

      As such, I've been working on stories that I want to write...the stories I wake up in the morning imagining a scene and have to get written down before they explode.

      Yesterday and today I've been working on my "What's in a Name" story. Earlier this week I spent several hours on my "Sister Cassandra" sci-fi story. I have so many stories 'almost done' that I want to pick the ones that should be easier to complete and get them out to everybody aas quickly as possible.

      So hopefully people are not coming to the site merely because I've targeted my Skyrim story. As I've mentioned in every other thread, just because I am focusing upon one story does not mean I'm ignoring others! ;)
